we have started rolling out a new software update for Lumia 535 (RM-1089) & Lumia 535 Dual SIM (RM-1090 & RM-1092) in selected countries.     updated and installed the critical update but still sometimes the touch does not respond,and now I can't download the english(uk) to activate cortana,plz help me.I have the rm-1090 1001
