we have started rolling out a new software update for Lumia 535 (RM-1089) & Lumia 535 Dual SIM (RM-1090 & RM-1092) in selected countries. Latest software release for Lumia 535 is Lumia Denim (02054.00000.14485.370xx / 8.10.14219.341)

  • Touch screen performance improvements.
  • Cortana, the most personal digital assistant, is now available in more markets.
  • You can easily switch your mobile data connection on or off in the action centre.
  • Install phone updates more easily by scheduling them for a time that works best for you.
  • Stability and performance improvements.

    As I can see, my one SIM MS lumia 535 has updated to sw version of an 2 SIM model!? Is this ok or how it is possible. I did not do any hacking or tricky stuff with it. But since that update viber stopped to work...

    If the behaviour is not one of those cases listed as expected result in the FAQ (e.g. "You cannot zoom while taking a picture", "Fingers should be more than 20mm apart to pinch or zoom when browsing websites or viewing pictures."..)., and instructions don't otherwise help, you should take the phone a Care service point for further investigation.

    Hi I'm from India. My Lumia 535 dual sim(RM-1090) is on 8.10.14234.375 . But I still has some touch issue . What should I do???

    it is a hardware issue and no firmware update will be able to solve it. try to realize that fact.
