we have started rolling out a new software update for Lumia 535 (RM-1089) & Lumia 535 Dual SIM (RM-1090 & RM-1092) in selected countries.     you have lumia lumia 535 or 535 dual sim? they often Network HSDPA 850/1900 or work on 3G Network HSDPA 900/2100 ?
