we have started rolling out a new software update for Lumia 535 (RM-1089) & Lumia 535 Dual SIM (RM-1090 & RM-1092) in selected countries.     I got my 535 back from service. They replaced the touch panel due to "malfunktion of electronic module"

    It now scrolls far better, if a finger has contact to the screen, but not 100% smooth. Faulty insertions ("accidential clicking when scrolling") seem to have been eliminated. Long clicks (for context menues or changing the order of the tiles) are now beeing registred fine every time.

    The screen does does not feel that sluggish as before the exchange of the touch panel.

    Pinch to zoom is still not that good, because the touchpoints have to be placed comparatively far from each other, to be registred as two, but it is working satisfiable.

    Multitouch of three fingers is not working properly, four or more simultaneous touchpoints are not beeing registred.

    Doube tap to wake is working quite well now.

    I strongly recommend getting your 535 to service.

    Hello guys, I have some bad news from the italian discussion on this topic. A user had his phone back from the nokia care center together with this annoying bug. The technicians stated "As this is a software issue, you should wait for an update from Microsoft".

    Dear  , isn't it like admitting that all the lumia 535 devices are affected by this bug? As if this was not the case, the care center should have swapped the device with a new one, as the consumer code states!

    Can anyone from Microsoft give us further details? Thank you!

    and i have done almost everything like restored factory and deleted settings and connected again and restatrting the phone. please quick response. phone is totally useless without internet.
