we have started rolling out a new software update for Lumia 535 (RM-1089) & Lumia 535 Dual SIM (RM-1090 & RM-1092) in selected countries.     Hi,

    the site I try to use is : https://www.windowsphone.com/fr-fr/How-to/wp-support

    And I'm using Google Chrome. I'll try with IE.

    I bought my phone on cdiscount.com. And they tell me to this website : http://support.microsoft.com/.

    And I don't know where to find a Nokia Care Point. Does they even take care of this phone ?

    But where is the Lumia 535 ??

    did you contact your retailer already? Normally, they take your phone and either refund you, replace it, or bring it over to a local but genuine Nokia Care Point.

    Hi,

    I'm in France and I'm still waiting for an update for the Lumia 535.

    The touch screen is buggy as hell, I can't even use it properly !

    I don't understand why my brand new phone don't work at all. I can't even send it back because the support site of Microsoft doesn't even work.

    Thanks. Maybe my last Microsoft phone.
