Update not needed error when trying to update to Internet Explorer 11.

AT: Windows uptade, i see TXT Update not needed when i click on install, WTH???.

Update for Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 8.1 for x64-based Systems (KB3025390) when i click on install it says update not needed, not needed or is something wrong with Win Updater? or did servers give signal to my PC that its no longer needed, i ask cause its first time when i see something like this

& then comes this

& then when i open Win updater again the update is still there

next day it installed

Your replies to this thread have confirmed that KB3008923 is, in fact, installed.

If Windows Update continues to offer KB3008923, just hide it ("Don't show me this update again").

If you run a manual check for updates today (i.e., 24 or 25 January 2015) and no updates are offered, ignore the "a Windows update did not install properly" error dated 03 December 2014.

    i got the PC Jul Aug or Sep [2014]

    1. no Refresh nor Reset i don't even know what it is, i know only web page Refresh by reloading

    3. u mean malware bytes? well it was installed to clean from junk, sometimes free ware has junk with it to, well u can decline, but sometimes it changes, i mean the installation is different with meany programs & same program install is different to in future, that decline option for that is hidden & so u see decline button, but u will think it is decline to that program installation not to that junk. once it detected open candy & candy got removed
    4. for internet protection.
    5. Is Spybot Resident SDHelper enabled? ?????? i mean what is that? i just installed it it nothing more
    6. it has found only usual junk cookies & ur tracks, like when u search something in ur PC & u write in ur search it is left in ur memory & it has del this tracks, it never has found anything connected to system & Microsoft Engineer said it is safe, it dose not find as much Reg stuff as Reg Cleaners & its directed to certain stuff
    7. CREATED date Aug 28. but first maybe few weeks i was with out it, just with Win Defender, well not over month

    when i booted PC first time, i so so meany new things that i got confused & created Microsoft Acc, but i got annoyed cause it asked password all the time, so i logged off & then i got window, create Local Acc (but all that was at the beginning), so my user folder still has MC acc user name, i mentioned it in case it matters

    i think i said it was installed next day i booted my PC, i opened win updater again & clicked on install & this time it installed, when i made this post it was midnight where i live 

    i will take my pc in Jan or Veb to maintenance, for dust cleaning & software maintenance, if this report continues i will mention it to the specialist, the report i mentioned above (well more like in my first post), i was thinking before that this report & my issue with update is connected, but this error is awry day when i look at problem reports (so it cant be connected? that's why i mentioned that error), today i got 1 to, new i have 23 total, maybe its impossible to find out whats that error is all about at home & only a specialist can?
