Update not needed error when trying to update to Internet Explorer 11.

AT: Windows uptade, i see TXT Update not needed when i click on install, WTH???.

Update for Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 8.1 for x64-based Systems (KB3025390) when i click on install it says update not needed, not needed or is something wrong with Win Updater? or did servers give signal to my PC that its no longer needed, i ask cause its first time when i see something like this

& then when i open Win updater again the update is still there

next day it installed

Your replies to this thread have confirmed that KB3008923 is, in fact, installed.

If Windows Update continues to offer KB3008923, just hide it ("Don't show me this update again").

If you run a manual check for updates today (i.e., 24 or 25 January 2015) and no updates are offered, ignore the "a Windows update did not install properly" error dated 03 December 2014.

    microsoft isatap is one that just comes & not with Win Update, no idea what updates it, it is only shown in Reliability Monitor & no trace of it anywhere else, with out it i would not even know it installed

    but when it comes to intel(r) hd graphics 4600 i gave up, cause if intel newer drives & win have a conflict i can't do anything about it

    i am ignoring WindowsUpdateFailure2, like u suggested (just keeping a eye on things), but so far i have noticed that this report is made only when win runs search for updates automatically, after it finishes, when i do search for... manually no error, i figured that it mite be important information for Microsoft, it just when i did it few times at one day it skipped the automatic search next day & also skipped the report, that's how i notice

    there is something i want to say to Microsoft, i have had meany browsers before, i mean tested, chrome firefox palemoon & i am using waterfox new, all have issues cause of, i will copy the TXT, not my post

    I did actually! The game has been running quite well lately, but the last couple days it started up again. I did some research last night and found this link. It has a great solution which is very easy to do and costs nothing. The problem has to do with Windows not allocating memory correctly. The following link shares a lot of good info on how to optimize your computer for KOC. The big fix is the Virtual Memory fix. Follow the instructions to change the way memory is allocated through Control Panel Virtual Memory.

    with some browser i have larger issues, with waterfox i have just memory leak cause of Win bug mentioned above, memory usage grows with day, morning it is 400-600MB when i go to sleep its over 800-900MB, watching series online, only taps i have opened are BookMarks series pages & then EP1 & EP2, so only 4 taps total, this issue exists long time already, when ur gonna fix/Patch this?

    EDIT: some have issue with browser gaming & i have with videos, almost forgot to mention, when i opened youdube playlist, awry time next song started to play (when it chose new song) memory usage number went up, started to take more & more memory with each new song & i was on forums at the time, i noticed when browser suddenly crashed & then it was over 1.4BG, looked from taskmanager 

    not sure can i do anything following this instructions, cause i don't like to touch what i don't know

    with browsers like IE & firefox i have video lag, 3times per 23min long ep it has 1sec freeze cause this 2 types use flash directly, flash is shown running in taskmanager, with waterfox flash does not run directly, flash not shown in taskmanager, build in software that uses flash indirectly or build in flash plugin, but all issues are cause by Windows 8 & 8.1, both have issues, PC that got replaced cause of a defect had 8, in this PC i have 8.1, Win video support is bad or broken or how to say it & win causes  memory leaks 

    chrome just crashes a lot, most annoying browser in win8, works fine in win7

    there is no browser that fits with win 8, others are almost same as firefox chrome or IE, that means same issues to, only difference is appearance build in add & new features, example Oprah, it runs flash just like IE & cause of Win flash can't show video with out lag
