Update not needed error when trying to update to Internet Explorer 11.

i get updates, & not what u meant, i get this awry day

but win updates i have gotten despite that error, same error awry day & when the day for win update comes i get win update, & this error is made usually on boot, right when i get to windows at that time report is made

& there is nothing on this list (old picture as example)

well cause there are no updates this page/window does not even open & i still get WindowsUpdateFailure2 despite that i don't have updates

But its not this, this was just 1 time thing, & this was not error, it was like win though this update is not needed, but next day it updated, u mentioned not needed error, but not needed was not error, WindowsUpdateFailure2 was & is error, did u get names mixed up?

that same TXT awry time i do Troubleshoot on win update, that's why i ask, is Is Windows Troubleshooter broken?

but the thing is i always seem to get windows updates when new come out, despite what the error says & troubleshooter say's

Problem Reports never bother me with this reports, it does it silently, with out notifying me (its been like this sins first boot), but i have a habit looking in problem reports time to time, so that's how i noticed that error

i think i did not read about the troubleshooter?

trouble shooter says that update configurations not properly finishes if i understand this report correctly, can this cause WindowsUpdateFailure2, i mean win to think that update has failed? 

just few days ago i figured that i should try troubleshoot win update cause of 51 reports of  WindowsUpdateFailure2, that time i had 51, new i have 53

this error & no update, but so far i have gotten all updates when they come out, its like gun with blank ammo, i get this error even after updates

if i wouldn't look at problem reports time to time i would not even know about that error, cause win updates haven't failed

u know that thing on desktop what appears when u move mouse right up corner (side bar or what it is called?), where u have pc settings & option to shut down PC, it dose not open, its second time it has happened, first time was about week or 2 ago, is there button to open it? if moving mouse right up corner dose not work

EDIT: found out the shortcut key for sidebar, mouse has no effect
