Update not needed error when trying to update to Internet Explorer 11.

AT: Windows uptade, i see TXT Update not needed when i click on install, WTH???.

Update for Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 8.1 for x64-based Systems (KB3025390) when i click on install it says update not needed, not needed or is something wrong with Win Updater? or did servers give signal to my PC that its no longer needed, i ask cause its first time when i see something like this

& then when i open Win updater again the update is still there

next day it installed

Your replies to this thread have confirmed that KB3008923 is, in fact, installed.

If Windows Update continues to offer KB3008923, just hide it ("Don't show me this update again").

If you run a manual check for updates today (i.e., 24 or 25 January 2015) and no updates are offered, ignore the "a Windows update did not install properly" error dated 03 December 2014.

i don't seem the have, but i still get error report awry day, as i mentioned it started in dec 3 2014, this error

& as i mentioned troubleshooter finds something & fixes, it well it say's that it fixed it, but when i do it again it finds something again (i did it 10 times & stopped cause it was clear that it wont fix anything), that's why i did the other topic where u suggested i write here, it was about trouble shooter & all that i wrote was meant just as information there, that's why my topic name was is troubleshooter broken? did u not read my full post?

is it a false report that is caused by a bug?

can it be connected with Avast software updater? it shows all the programs are up to date, but i know one that is out of date, its 7zip, i so new version on internet

i'm curious about 1 event Customer Experience Improvement Program data was successfully sent to Microsoft, does this mean they got my event logs & error report?
