Update not needed error when trying to update to Internet Explorer 11.

AT: Windows uptade, i see TXT Update not needed when i click on install, WTH???.

Update for Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 8.1 for x64-based Systems (KB3025390) when i click on install it says update not needed, not needed or is something wrong with Win Updater? or did servers give signal to my PC that its no longer needed, i ask cause its first time when i see something like this

& then comes this

& then when i open Win updater again the update is still there

next day it installed

Your replies to this thread have confirmed that KB3008923 is, in fact, installed.

If Windows Update continues to offer KB3008923, just hide it ("Don't show me this update again").

If you run a manual check for updates today (i.e., 24 or 25 January 2015) and no updates are offered, ignore the "a Windows update did not install properly" error dated 03 December 2014.

    well i asked cause mozilla waterfox & flash version in win is v16.0.0.296, i mean browser plugin & the part that is installed on win, what u see on control panel & add & remove programs, only IE doesn't have v16.0.0.296

    u want to say that this flash update is a Malware? if u say its not offered? cause as u see above Flash Updater offered it, & i did not even notice when this was updated

    1 question more, i have intel(r) hd graphics 4600 adapter for win & Nvidia for gaming, is it not necessary to update Intel graphics? cause its not for gaming & win & videos do not need graphics update? i ask cause before i got update for intel from win update & device manager says that its not out of date, but on internet i found new drives, unless they are not the right drives, drives for what i think, my Intel version v10.18.10.3960, my old PC with Win 7 is in a box, a backup PC

    In Windows 8, Flash Player is kept up-to-date via Windows Update. As of this post, Windows Update is not offering Flash Player v16.0.0.296 nor has Adobe made v16.0.0.296 available to Windows 7 computers via Adobe's own auto-update mechanism.

    BDW is it normal that flash update for IE is delayed in win 8.1?, this month flash had a lot of updates so far, its 16.0.0.296 & IE has 287, in old PC & Win7 i never noticed delay, cause IE had its own automatic update & did not relay on Win update
