AT: Windows uptade, i see TXT Update not needed when i click on install, WTH???.

Update for Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 8.1 for x64-based Systems (KB3025390) when i click on install it says update not needed, not needed or is something wrong with Win Updater? or did servers give signal to my PC that its no longer needed, i ask cause its first time when i see something like this

& then comes this

& then when i open Win updater again the update is still there

next day it installed

Your replies to this thread have confirmed that KB3008923 is, in fact, installed.

If Windows Update continues to offer KB3008923, just hide it ("Don't show me this update again").

If you run a manual check for updates today (i.e., 24 or 25 January 2015) and no updates are offered, ignore the "a Windows update did not install properly" error dated 03 December 2014.

    The following entry is the only thing you should be concerned about now:

    Unless & until the log lists one or more updates which fail to install, don't worry about it.

    this is just meant as info, small piece of windows updatelog, & i post this cause i noticed abnormalitys in the log, tried full log & at once, but that copy & paste made my browser crach, ofc i den't to ignore it cause it does not seem to effect updating right new, or any issues that u can see with ur eyes, i made copy of that log file few days ago, maybe there is a issue with Win server

    update was in evening yes, i opened win update & clicked on search for... with out it it probably would have done it in the morning, so its normal time?

    this is little bit of the issue:

    why is win 8.1 so broken that it has issues with updates? i have intel(r) hd graphics 4600 adapter & Nvidia to, but intel no longer gets updates cause win update does no longer offer & from device manager it says its up to date, meany newer versions

    & people have tried to download from Intel page to, but win does not allow install them, & instructions from admins have been no help to them neither, Microsoft & intel should sit down & fix this together + win 8.1 itself needs a fix, i have noticed meany things out of order, but it does not seem to mess with my gaming, i can play games, & they came up with Win 10 when this is not fixed yet, before they make new win they should fix the old or no1 will buy it cause they will think its buggy like the old one & they jump in to making new fast, even if some buy they have less sales for win 10 cause of that, cause of incomplete work
