Update not needed error when trying to update to Internet Explorer 11.

AT: Windows uptade, i see TXT Update not needed when i click on install, WTH???.

Update for Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 8.1 for x64-based Systems (KB3025390) when i click on install it says update not needed, not needed or is something wrong with Win Updater? or did servers give signal to my PC that its no longer needed, i ask cause its first time when i see something like this

& then comes this

& then when i open Win updater again the update is still there

next day it installed

Your replies to this thread have confirmed that KB3008923 is, in fact, installed.

If Windows Update continues to offer KB3008923, just hide it ("Don't show me this update again").

If you run a manual check for updates today (i.e., 24 or 25 January 2015) and no updates are offered, ignore the "a Windows update did not install properly" error dated 03 December 2014.

    Tip: Obtain any driver updates your computer really needs from the device or computer manufacturer's download page only, NEVER via Windows Update (i.e., hide any driver updates offered via Windows Update or configure your system so that driver updates are never offered or installed via Windows Update).

    do u know how to stop microsoft isatap adapter update, i don't use it, i don't use my wireless adapter so it does not need update, i ask cause awry time it updates i have 30min + DC, no internet

    or is the update needed even if i don't use wireless connection

    & i think simple uninstall would cause another issue, i mean this: new device detected, instal software (it does say something like this if something new is attached to PC)

    or is my internet issue after that just a coincidence?, last update for it was month or a bit more ago

    its impossible decline update on shutdown, as fat as i know, cause when u click power button it shows sleep update on shutdown & update on restart options, i say this cause i see it like this, this log tells me that i declined update on shutdown, or do i understand this in a wrong way?

    also this is interesting, cause i haven't had 143 updates with 1day, does win updater hide some automatically?
