Update not needed error when trying to update to Internet Explorer 11.

AT: Windows uptade, i see TXT Update not needed when i click on install, WTH???.

Update for Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 8.1 for x64-based Systems (KB3025390) when i click on install it says update not needed, not needed or is something wrong with Win Updater? or did servers give signal to my PC that its no longer needed, i ask cause its first time when i see something like this

& then comes this

& then when i open Win updater again the update is still there

next day it installed

Your replies to this thread have confirmed that KB3008923 is, in fact, installed.

If Windows Update continues to offer KB3008923, just hide it ("Don't show me this update again").

If you run a manual check for updates today (i.e., 24 or 25 January 2015) and no updates are offered, ignore the "a Windows update did not install properly" error dated 03 December 2014.

    took picture from IE version

    last time with IE videos were not working, well only with youdube videos worked, when i looked at animeultima dot tv it was black, video was black, no picture, i think youdube was only place working with IE, it was month or 2 ago, i can't remember why i opened IE & why i opened that page there

    i got the PC Jul Aug or Sep, cant remember the correct time, PC Alianware x51 R2 

    PC came with win 8.1 + with Alianware **** what i don't need, can't remember what it was, i only remember that one of the functions was making backup, but it was like demo, need to upgrade with money to use all functions so i uninstalled it, i also uninstalled some APP'S like Maps for example

    i have Avast Anti Virus 2015 Free

    Malwarebytes Anti-Malware free & SpyBot Anti Spyware free they don't have real time protection running 

    no about McAfee & Northon, but McAfee came once when i installed flash update, usually there are no extra programs when u update so i did not pay attention to the TXT at all, just next & instal, & after install i removed MxAfee

    about updates

    FireFox installed, but i use WaterFox cause problems with videos in FireFox

    about IE don't know, cause i don't use it, cause it has bad REP, but once when i opened it, i looked at help about IE, it seemed there is update available, but IE could not do it until win gets update (the update NR was green), or is it set like this, IE dose not update itself, win update updates IE? either way it was delayed cause win update, at least it seemed like that, maybe i'm wrong, but cause i don't use it i was thinking its not important, let it be

    my flash version is Adobe Flash Player v16.0.0.235

    when i boot PC & get to win & open TskManager, a bit soon after that ielowutil.exe internet low-mic utility tool starts to run & it runs on background sometimes & then closes, mentioned it just in case it matters, cause i don't know about that
