    Microsoft has not kept it's promise to upgrade ALL phones running windows 8.1 and as a result some of my apps no longer work properly.

    When I upgrade, I will not be using MS. !!!!

    Late 2016, early 2017, what difference does it make? Same result. No skype for the vast majority of windows phone users.
