Nokia 301 ask: access control code

Hi

I got a used Nokia 301 single simcard phone. The phone ask "Enter access control code" when i turn on.

Without simcard phone works. With this code *#0010# i see this:

I asked Telenor online support what is this code but they did not answered to me :(

I tried pin code, nokia security code (12345), IMEI number, produsct code but does not work. Hard reset works but does not help.

So, phone network is Telenor Hungary, my simcard is belong to Telenor Hungary too. What is wrong? What is this "access control code"? Where can i find it? How can i get it?

    Please, remove the battery and give use the 7-letter CODE (059…) printed on the label.

    The code is: 059T4M8

    How can i use it? Whe turn on phone with simcard? I can only type numbers not letters, I don't know how can type T and M, in the input field displayed numbers only. Tried without letters, does not work.

    That firmware variant is declared as a SIM-Lock variant for Telenor Hungary. You should ask the one who gave the phone to you, how to proceed. Only Telenor HU has the unlock codes. However, if too many wrong codes are entered, the phone blocks forever. Furthermore, I do not know what kind of SIM-Lock was applied, a lock to on particular SIM, to network, sub-network, or a range of SIMs.

    Unfortunately i tried many times.

    If Telenor has the correct code they can reopen the phone from this condition or not?

    However they not answer the online support question, yet, maybe later.

    First, you need the unblock-code from Telenor Hungary, calculated for your IMEI. I recommend to ask something like that via the phone support because they are able to start the procedure. Then, you can check if you blocked the phone yourself.
