Nokia 301 ask: access control code

Hi

I got a used Nokia 301 single simcard phone. The phone ask "Enter access control code" when i turn on.

Without simcard phone works. With this code *#0010# i see this:

I asked Telenor online support what is this code but they did not answered to me :(

I tried pin code, nokia security code (12345), IMEI number, produsct code but does not work. Hard reset works but does not help.

So, phone network is Telenor Hungary, my simcard is belong to Telenor Hungary too. What is wrong? What is this "access control code"? Where can i find it? How can i get it?

    Thank you Nicolas,

    Mine is a different phone (Nokia 515) ,different phone same problem with Access Control Code. Vodaphone have  e mailed me to inform they cannot provide the code and suggest I contact Nokia, In one and a half weeks they have failed to respond. So much for consumer right to choose network provider.

    Can't help I'm afraid. I am still waiting to hear from the community how to unlock my Nokia 515 via Access Control Code
