Nokia 301 ask: access control code

Hi

I got a used Nokia 301 single simcard phone. The phone ask "Enter access control code" when i turn on.

Without simcard phone works. With this code *#0010# i see this:

I asked Telenor online support what is this code but they did not answered to me :(

I tried pin code, nokia security code (12345), IMEI number, produsct code but does not work. Hard reset works but does not help.

So, phone network is Telenor Hungary, my simcard is belong to Telenor Hungary too. What is wrong? What is this "access control code"? Where can i find it? How can i get it?

    Hello ReubenPrince,

    Thank you so much for your reply. After an attractive offer from BT I decided to switch from Vodaphone. All went well until my phone asked for this Access Code. I got the other 2 codes without problem but try as I might I could not discover this code. Without this I was unable to make the switch to BT. This was along time ago and I was forced finally to stay with a new contract with Vodaphone. This really should be illegal. Thanks again

    "too many wrong codes are entered, the phone blocks forever"

    Unfortunately i tried many times.

    If Telenor has the correct code they can reopen the phone from this condition or not?

    However they not answer the online support question, yet, maybe later.
