Nokia 301 ask: access control code

Hi

I got a used Nokia 301 single simcard phone. The phone ask "Enter access control code" when i turn on.

Without simcard phone works. With this code *#0010# i see this:

I asked Telenor online support what is this code but they did not answered to me :(

I tried pin code, nokia security code (12345), IMEI number, produsct code but does not work. Hard reset works but does not help.

So, phone network is Telenor Hungary, my simcard is belong to Telenor Hungary too. What is wrong? What is this "access control code"? Where can i find it? How can i get it?

    When ever i insert a sim card on my nokia 301.1 single sim it ask of an access control code and i don't know why.

    Thanks for your reply. It is many months since this was a problem for me. I got so fed up with Vodaphone and its restrictive policies but my granddaughter bought me a new phone and I just renewed my contract with them. So, I'm afraid Vodaphone won this time.
