Nokia 301 ask: access control code

Hi

I got a used Nokia 301 single simcard phone. The phone ask "Enter access control code" when i turn on.

Without simcard phone works. With this code *#0010# i see this:

I asked Telenor online support what is this code but they did not answered to me :(

I tried pin code, nokia security code (12345), IMEI number, produsct code but does not work. Hard reset works but does not help.

So, phone network is Telenor Hungary, my simcard is belong to Telenor Hungary too. What is wrong? What is this "access control code"? Where can i find it? How can i get it?

    Network locked means that this handset is factory limited to only be used with one set of networks. In your case, this sounds like it is locked to only be used with the UK Tesco network. This means only the Tesco SIM can be used. You can unlock it for free on their website though. But when you receive the code, you need to know how to use it. It is not the way you'd expect it to be used.

    So good luck with this, you have to apply for the code to unlock.

    yes it works normally without a sim, i dont know what network locked means, its a nokia 301 classic, again i dont know what that means but it does say Tesco WAP under network so that might be the answer ?

    You need to give more information. Does the phone work normally without any SIM? Is it therefore network locked? Which model is it? Which network is it locked to?

    i need the 'access control code', cant use the phone without it but cant call up anyone to fix it as I cant use the phone... any suggestions?
