Nokia 301 ask: access control code

Hi

I got a used Nokia 301 single simcard phone. The phone ask "Enter access control code" when i turn on.

Without simcard phone works. With this code *#0010# i see this:

I asked Telenor online support what is this code but they did not answered to me :(

I tried pin code, nokia security code (12345), IMEI number, produsct code but does not work. Hard reset works but does not help.

So, phone network is Telenor Hungary, my simcard is belong to Telenor Hungary too. What is wrong? What is this "access control code"? Where can i find it? How can i get it?

    Hello ladies and gentlemen,

    I would like to add my recent experiences on this subject. I have a Nokia 515 on the Vodaphone network. I have been offered a very good deal with BT. I managed to obtain Both PAC  and NUC codes thru Vodaphone but when I tried to enter what I thought was the unblocking code( NUC )it was rejected. I then discovered that there exists a further code Access Control Code. Vodaphone say they don't know what that is or where to obtain it. BT don't seem to know anything about it either. I have tried some of the internet solutions, no luck. This is a blatant and sinister device to block any consumer choice I thought I had. Disgusting!!

    David, are you using a Nokia 301 from Telenor (Hungary) as well? If not, from which network operator is that Nokia 301, from which country?

    Yes but my sim is mtn Nigeria i but in the in used phone market in our local market. Code does not work, pl's help.
