Titans has probably been deprecated by Microsoft in favor of the Microsoft Mahjong app (which a 3rd party made for them, and Microsoft Studios publishes). It automatically showed up in suggested downloads once I logged into the Store app.

2015-09-05T14:14:13+00:00 It showed up when I searched 'Mahjong' in both 8 & 10, but both the Store and Cortana have known search quirks (e.g. People needs to be searched as Microsoft People, yet Avatars gets Xbox Avatars). I wonder if a regional store setting or some other variable is blocking it.
