I actually talked a tech guy into pulling Mahjong Titans off my old Vista computer and installing on my new computer.  However a couple of days ago it vanished from my computer entirely.  Not a trace.

It took him a while and I had the impression he was new - otherwise maybe he wouldn't have done it for me.  I really appreciated it though! 

Wish I could have it back - why don't they want to sell the versions if so many people want it??

Despite all of these questions and others Microsoft stays quiet. I talked to their customer support people on the phone, The first person plead ignorance and transferred me to another guy who also wanted to transfer me while I was asking why MS will not respond and I got cut off. It was a bad experience. I wish there was an option of asking MS these questions rather than the "Community."

Agree - loved the turtle! (They're not so close to extinction that Mr Microsoft can't find a few for his customers)

Hi All You need to re upload it from the Windows store which will is a blue icon with a white windows symbol in a shopping bag.  You will also need to have a Microsoft email account.

I don't have a blue icon of a window, mine is white.  What do I do?
