I don't miss it. When I want to comment on news articles, I head over to Fark.com, where I've been a member for over 8 years. It's a lot more fun and, having a smaller community than Reddit, it's easier to follow the discussions and get to know a few people. Plus, unlike news websites, it's moderated, so it's a lot less troll-infested. It's a lot more fun than news website forums.
Unable to post Comments in the MSN News Section
Two other people have asked the question as to why their Comments in the News Section of MSN do not post, they just remain in the Comment box. I'm having the same problem and it started about 4 or 5 days ago. Before that I was able to post comments. I see 2 other people are complaining about the same issue. I'm on a MAC and using Safari (which has not been a problem in the past). Is it possible that MSN has put a BLOCK on our accounts denying us the ability to comment? Is it possible that MSN has put a BLOCK on our accounts to stop our ability to post? If that's the case we should be notified.
It appears that, evidently, MSN has no reason (idea) as to why this is happening and no resolution.

2016-11-04T17:25:27+00:00 Google censors "You Tube" comments. The president of the US censors whistle blowers. Made-in-China General Electric censors TV news. Amazon probably censors how books are marketed. Microsoft is just as despicable as any of these corporations, maybe worse. Microsoft is just sinking to new low levels in censoring and controlling. The USA is becoming communist China..

2016-12-10T15:45:28+00:00 Clearing your webbrowser, or just waiting while a page lazily loads often resolves it. Opening and closing your browser sometimes resolves it. i think rarely 3 party hacker/commentators are attracted to other commentators moved by illness/anger and can cause problems. One Scott Wade just yesterday came to my facebook page over a comment on "MSN NEWS STUPID ****." Jest block 'em.
