Are you sure that your Bluetooth services are turned on! Just in case click on 'restart the service' on both (or more) Bluetooth services.
What do you get if you type 'print management' in the search box and click on run as administrator?

my printer works fine with installed software but does not show in devices and printers and cannot print emails or any web content

I have had a look about and it appears that is some cases the problem can be fixed by turning on services etc but in other cases this did not work.
It appears that another solution is that it has something to do with Internet Explorer missing DLL files. These are old links but maybe reinstalling Explorer might do the trick or reverting to Explorer 10/9.

Hiya I have found the problem I have installed HP Smart Print and all is now back to normal Don't understand it used to work fine without smart print

I remember msdos never had these problems then I also remember when you searched for url you went straight to web site that's progress lol
