I don't get it there is no reason at all why you should not be able to access and open the CBS log. Don't forget that to see the CBS log folder you need to go to 'Organise' in Windows Explorer, click on 'Folders and Search options' then on 'View'  click in 'show hidden files folders and drives' click 'OK'

The location will show up in 'Command Prompt'. When you have found the CBS file right click on it and on copy. Paste it on your desktop. It will open in the normal way.

    Hello Ron,

Thank you for updating us on the issue.

I appreciate this fact that you have already uninstalled and reinstalled printer many times. However, I would suggest you to uninstall printer along with its driver and then reinstall it.

    Please follow these steps:

    a. Click Start, type device manager in start search box and press Enter.

    b. In device manager, expand Printers, right click the printer and then select uninstall.

    c. Click to check "Delete the driver software for this device" box and click ok to remove the corrupt drivers from the computer.

    d. Restart the computer, if prompted.

Please reinstall printer driver from this link:

    Hello Ron,

    Thank you for your reply.

In device manager, printers may be located under "Print Queues".

Please keep us posted on the issue.

    Thank you
