As both I and Ron Barker have written before, printers do not appear in Device Manager.  Because you have a multi-function device, there are entries in Device Manager that have the same name as your product, but these refer to the scanner and not to the printer.

The normal method of deleting printer drivers -- which actually is a good idea, because Windows may be re-installing the same possibly corrupt driver every time you try to "reinstall" the printer -- is to use the "Print Server Properties" link in Devices and Printers.  Unfortunately for you, you can't do it that way because your Devices and Printers window isn't populating properly.

Exactly how have you been uninstalling the printer?  I suspect that what you are referring to is using Control Panel > Programs and Features to uninstall software associated with the printer.  That's not the same as uninstalling the printer.

You can attempt to uninstall the printer by using the following method, but I don't know if it will work given the corruption present in your system.

    • Uninstall printer-related software from Control Panel > Programs and Features
    • Open an Elevated Command Prompt (search for "cmd.exe"; right-click and select "Run as administrator")
    • Type the following in the black Command Prompt window and press Enter

            printui /s /t2

            exit

Be sure to remove the driver AND the package

If you get an error when you try to run the printui command, please provide the complete text, without paraphrasing.

Did you copy CBS.log to your Desktop?  If not, please do that as Ron Barker suggested earlier.  There clearly is something going on with your system that needs to be addressed.

    Hello Ron,

    Thank you for the update.

I would suggest you to disable antivirus software and check the issue.

    Refer:

    Disable antivirus software

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/disable-antivirus-software#1TC=windows-7

Note: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you shouldn't disable your antivirus software. If you have to temporarily disable it to install other software, you should re-enable it as soon as you're done. If you're connected to the Internet or a network while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.

    I hope this helps.

    Thank you

Did you use the Software and Driver Removal Utility?

Quote "I understand what should show in devices and printers problem is nothing at all shows except when using in safe mode"  Not use why you address this comment to my post.

You still have the problem with corrupt files to deal with?  That may or may not have something to do with the installing the printer problem.

The other thing that you might try is using Windows Cleanup
