printer not showing in devices and printers

my printer works fine with installed software but does not show in devices and printers and cannot print emails or any web content

it shows in device manager

    done that command prompt appears in administrator in put CMD sfc /scannow nothing happens

    input C:\Windows\logs\cbs\cbs.log access is denied

    tried printui /s /t2 printers show but cant delete them says the drivers are in use

    I am not sure about this but maybe when you do not run CMD as administrator you cannot open the CSB log when copied and pasted onto desktop . As I say I am not sure about it but it is strange that you cannot open it!

    Type CMD in the search box>Right Click on CMD and choose Run as Administrator.  CMD had to be run as administrator.  If nothing happens it would indicate that CMD has not been run as administrator.

    hiya

    c:\windows\logs\cbs\cbs.log

    result of inputting above in command prompt tried that again and nothing happens

    have tried CMD sfc /scannow several times nothing happens just goes back to command  prompt

    I am not sure what the above is but CMD sfc /scannow has not been run, if there are corrupt files.
