printer not showing in devices and printers

I would suggest you to uninstall the hardware

i.e by

right click on my computer

select device manager

and click on imaging devices i.e your printer

right click on your printer name

click on uninstall

after that restart your computer

again right click on my computer

select device manager

right click on your computer name on top

scan for hardware changes

it will ask you to install printer drivers

select latest drivers of you printer and install.

restart and check your requirement.

As you mentioned that everything is fine in safe mode, I would suggest you to perform clean boot and check if it helps.

Still cant access CBS log and msmx16.reg still shows error message in safe mode
