printer not showing in devices and printers

have uninstalled several times every time I reinstall (have checked with HP and all software and drivers are uptp date) it comes up with error message could not install device properly sometimes it shows as unknown device in device manager

don't know if this is relevant but Microsoft Teredo Tunnel Adapter is not running could not start code 10

done all that when I tried to reinstall printer error message could not install driver software

I have downloaded all the latest software from HP still no joy

I can still print documents

performed clean boot      checked devices and printers still no show don't know what trouble shooting I can do
