printer not showing in devices and printers

Hi

uninstalled printer tried to re install through link would not connect it also  tried HP printer install failure help software still would not connect

I understand what should show in devices and printers problem is nothing at all shows except when using in safe mode

I would suggest you to uninstall the hardware

i.e by

right click on my computer

select device manager

and click on imaging devices i.e your printer

right click on your printer name

click on uninstall

after that restart your computer

again right click on my computer

select device manager

right click on your computer name on top

scan for hardware changes

it will ask you to install printer drivers

select latest drivers of you printer and install.

restart and check your requirement.

Hi have checked print spooler printer works but only with installed software  will not print emails or from web
