KB3023607 repeatedly removed by deepclean after KB3032359/KB3021952 (5.2mb ea) repeatedly offered/installed...

KB3021952 (Feb "Cumulative" Update for IE) invloves a "bundled" update, it includes KB3023607. KB3032359 (March "Cumulative" Update for IE) is "bundled" it includes KB3040335 & KB3023607 (Again???) KB3032359 (allegedly) supersedes KB3021952 but both are needed along with KB3023607 to have a fully patched system. The problem occurs when Windows Update Cleanup (deepclean) is run after all patches are installed, it removes KB3023607, the "bundled" update as superseded :

The KB's 3021952 & 3032359 (5.2mb) that are continually removed/re-offered/re-installed/re-removed... lather, rinse, repeat... are actually the child package component KB3023607 which gets removed by deepclean.

At this point, it's evident that MS needs to investigate why Windows Update cleanup detection logic is ...broken (for lack of a better word) on some user's computer's only, there has to be a "missing link" ... I'm out of ideas and don't see too many here or elsewhere on the Innernetz

I have 2 options to correct the problem of KB3031432 not appearing in Installed Updates but yet the MSU installer returns the message KB3031432 is already installed... and the PendingDeletes that won't.

Repair Install
Restore from prior backup image (2/12/15, after Feb ~~Black~~ Patch Tuesday, tested on spare HDD.

Thank to everyone who replied, and a special thanks to "J"... seems you're one of the few I've seen around here that "gets" it.

Edit to add: I have successfully restored my system to a previous backup image (2/12/15) prior to the "March Patch Madness" described in my OP, uninstalled the troublesome KB2852386 that enables Update Cleanup and re-applied the March '15 patches, all now appear in Installed Updates, including KB's 3023607, 3035131 & 3031432. Kindly mark this as "Answer" as I consider this matter resolved... if only temporarily.

WOW... it's good to finally hearing something directly from M$!

My case is slightly different and confirmed on 3 Win7 PCs both x64 & 86 around me:
1. It's absolutely confirmed that there is a fuzzy bug in-between deepclean process & KB3023607 > M$ Link, which is confirmed to be a part of KB3021952 of Feb2015 of some 55MB in total. That smaller part of some 5.2MB > Official M$ Download Link x64

The deepclean always removes KB3023607, and it's re-offered as the smaller size KB3021952. Of course, it's no problem to install only IE11-Windows6.1-KB3021952-x64.msu but in this case WU will still offer to install the missed smaller part of KB3021952 aka Windows6.1-KB3023607-x64.msu.
1. I don't see any more problem with another IE11 update aka KB3032359 of Mar2015 from the date of April Update Tuesday. It's not being re-offered but just remains installed as well as listed in Installed Updates.
2. KBs 3031432 & 3035131 are installed as well as listed in Installed Updates.
P.S. Sorry I don't have the requested logs at the moment. All cleared off by CCleaner.

P.P.S. I'd much appreciate if M$ would pay a bit of its attention to another odd issue of IE11 and as posted by me earlier in this thread. In short it's an IE11 delays (not crash!) at some random web pages, which is resulted to Error ID 1000 in Win7 log:

I am the topic starter and here are the logs (7z) requested, I've managed to recreate the conditions of 3/11 described in my OP... deepclean removed KB3023607 & is reoffered as KB's 3021952 & 3032359 @ 5.2 mb each. Also note that deepclean removes KB's 3031432 & 3035131 which then do not show up in Installed Updates nor are they asked by WU & when attempting to install manually they are reported as "already installed".
