Well if you know how it works you would be better off providing information for those people who do not know how it works instead of complaining.

I know how to make it work.

I just think that if you are going to give some instructions on how to do something the instructions should work for all systems and all people all of the time instead of some systems, some people, some of the time.  And one should take into account that not everybody in the world knows how to navigate the Control Panel or exactly how to respond to a restart question that was also not mentioned.

If every system was set up exactly like canadian tech, those instructions are (sort of) correct but they did not apply to one system I have that was set up differently.  Yes I can "figure it out for myself" but I should not have to figure anything out for myself if the instructions are more comprehensive, inclusive and correct.

But that could just be the way I think things ought to work - for all systems, all users, all the time.

If people are still "having problems" and don't specify exactly what the problems are, they are likely going to be trying things that might work sometimes maybe for a long time and maybe they will get lucky someday.

Large icons or small icons = Programmes and features then left hand side click on>view installed updates.  If you do not hide the update every time your computer checks for updates it will try to install KB3022345. Hiding it prevents this happening.
