Learn more about the new features in MyWatchlist by clicking here: My Watchlist: FAQ

You may have recently imported data from the Classic MSN or my.msn.com  pages to the new MSN.com Money Watchlist/Portfolio and may not have received all of your Watchlist/Portfolio data. The MSN team has resolved the issue and you can now regain access to that information by following the steps below.

Note: These steps only apply if your Watchlist has already been imported and there is data missing. If you have not already imported a Watchlist, please go to the Watchlist, sign in, and you will then be prompted to begin the import. You may need to return to this step if you find that data is missing after your first attempt to import.

Step 1: Create a new Watchlist and delete any Watchlists from previous imports

Step 2: Re-import your existing Watchlist or Portfolio data from MSN.com or my.msn.com into a new Watchlist

Step 3: Clean any erroneous data imported into your new Watchlist(s).

If you need more details about the steps, please go to this article.

If you are still having difficulties or would like to report any errors, please reply to this thread.

Thank you!

I don't know about #2, but, on #1, I customized my view and selected a column to add called, "$ Day Change" that seems to do what you are mentioning, if I understand correctly.  That is the column I sort on and monitor most of the day.

One idiosyncrasy I have seen on the Morningstar site in that regard is that while it updates often (you can select time, BTW), it does not seem to resort the display on the shifting values.  Not what'd I'd prefer, but tolerable; thought I'd mention.

I have already imported Watchlist from Manager but some of the columns that I had in Manger are not in Watchlist and Watchlist has some columns that I do not need. How can I get the missing information? Who is Bikur Cholim Hospital that replied just stating my question?

In Morningstar, I can only think to suggest, under Views, 'Customize My View,' but perhaps I am missing your real question.

Yes, the 100 symbols per free portfolio at Morningstar did not meet my needs so for the time being I am using a Google Sheets spreadsheet which is meeting my needs. If you or anyone else would like to try it out, email me from your Google account email address and I will share it with you.
