Adriana,
The old portfolio manager has a message that it will be shut down completely on Dec. 22. I was on that site Friday Dec. 12 and it was all good. About 7:00 PM as I was waiting for mutual fund prices to update I noticed that it had not updated for over an hour when it normally updates every couple of minutes. I clicked update and got the message " There was a problem with the online service. Click OK to refresh and see the last known data". I clicked OK and after a couple of seconds the same message appeared. I clicked again with the same results. I clicked the refresh button and when it refreshed there was no portfolio info, it was all blank. I closed the window and tried to open PM again and it came up blank with the refresh message. Of course that didn't work. I hit cancel instead of OK and PM closed and took me to MSN Money. I have tried again a couple of times in the last few hours with the same result. Does this mean portfolio manager is no longer available even though the message said we had until Dec. 22? This whole process has been very frustrating, no it has been a nightmare. I understand that the web designers and engineers involved with this project don't see the posts in community and that is very unfortunate because I don't think they understand what a mess they have made of this! They took a pretty good product, totally redesigned it (nobody knows why, maybe to make it look better?), and came out with a marginally usefull product that no one likes. It's like redesigning the Mustang and coming out with a Model T. Not that it would make any difference, but is there somewhere comments can be made that would be seen by people that might care? If so please direct me to that place.
Thanks
