Learn more about the new features in MyWatchlist by clicking here: My Watchlist: FAQ

You may have recently imported data from the Classic MSN or my.msn.com  pages to the new MSN.com Money Watchlist/Portfolio and may not have received all of your Watchlist/Portfolio data. The MSN team has resolved the issue and you can now regain access to that information by following the steps below.

Note: These steps only apply if your Watchlist has already been imported and there is data missing. If you have not already imported a Watchlist, please go to the Watchlist, sign in, and you will then be prompted to begin the import. You may need to return to this step if you find that data is missing after your first attempt to import.

Step 1: Create a new Watchlist and delete any Watchlists from previous imports

Step 2: Re-import your existing Watchlist or Portfolio data from MSN.com or my.msn.com into a new Watchlist

Step 3: Clean any erroneous data imported into your new Watchlist(s).

If you need more details about the steps, please go to this article.

If you are still having difficulties or would like to report any errors, please reply to this thread.

Thank you!

Thks for the respose adriana.  Yes everything works good on my computers and my tablet.  On the blackberry i can even sign into my msn account, then go to the watchlist page and it doesnt seem to recognize that i am signed in, as it brings up the page with a sign in button which doesnt do anything, and I cant get by it.

Thanks for confirming that all works on your computers and tablet. I'm not aware of a specific issue with blackberry phones and will report this to the product team. I would also suggest you report the problem by clicking on the Feedback button on any MSN pages.

    Adriana:

Is there any update as to how long MSN will keep the old portfolio site up and running?  Also, have they taken note of the feedback about how poor the new watchlist is?

Agree with Kevin!  What's going on?  It would be nice if MSN had the courtesy to let loyal user know the future!

I agree with this too.  How about a straight answer to a direct question. HOW LONG WILL THE OLD PORTFOLIO SITE BE AVAILABLE?  The loss of this application is truly catastrophic for thousands of us long time users who have depended on this information for such things as making investment decisions, planning for retirement and paying taxes.  It's obvious that the new portfolio is not a replacement for the old one and that Microsoft could care less about the concerns of and impact on a few thousand users.  But we've supported you for many years, so how about the courtesy of a reply.

Thanks again Adriana.  I have reported it on the Feedback button about a week ago, so now it looks like a wait and see what happens.

    Thanks for the input.
