Learn more about the new features in MyWatchlist by clicking here: My Watchlist: FAQ

You may have recently imported data from the Classic MSN or my.msn.com  pages to the new MSN.com Money Watchlist/Portfolio and may not have received all of your Watchlist/Portfolio data. The MSN team has resolved the issue and you can now regain access to that information by following the steps below.

Note: These steps only apply if your Watchlist has already been imported and there is data missing. If you have not already imported a Watchlist, please go to the Watchlist, sign in, and you will then be prompted to begin the import. You may need to return to this step if you find that data is missing after your first attempt to import.

Step 1: Create a new Watchlist and delete any Watchlists from previous imports

Step 2: Re-import your existing Watchlist or Portfolio data from MSN.com or my.msn.com into a new Watchlist

Step 3: Clean any erroneous data imported into your new Watchlist(s).

If you need more details about the steps, please go to this article.

If you are still having difficulties or would like to report any errors, please reply to this thread.

Thank you!

    HI:

The math seems wrong in the last column of my watch list

In a 1.1 million dollar watch list portfolio today, with a $14K daily gain it says my daily gain is 2.2%

    a 2.2% gain on a 1.1 M would be $24K

    How is the formula calculated???

    Thanks....

    Dale,

The formula was not 'calculated' since it's wrong.

Not to be  too facetious but, in the overall scheme of things, yours is a good problem to have!

Hope it all gets straightened out.

Thanks for the update and welcome back to the discussion. Correct me if I am wrong but what you wrote Pilota727 appears to refer to old Portfolio Manager accounts that completed the import process into the new Watchlists but are incomplete or have one or more issues. What about those of us that have accounts from the old Portfolio Manager that will not import period, likely due to their size? Is anything being done by the MSN team to resolve this specific issue or are those of us with such an issue just out of luck in 11 days?

    Hi MorningSleeper,

I am hoping to get a hold of the updated article today to see exactly what issues it will address and if it doesn't include steps to help users who have accounts that will not import, I will ask the product team to make sure they include them or provide an update on this specific issue.

    Thanks,

    Adriana
