Learn more about the new features in MyWatchlist by clicking here: My Watchlist: FAQ

You may have recently imported data from the Classic MSN or my.msn.com  pages to the new MSN.com Money Watchlist/Portfolio and may not have received all of your Watchlist/Portfolio data. The MSN team has resolved the issue and you can now regain access to that information by following the steps below.

Note: These steps only apply if your Watchlist has already been imported and there is data missing. If you have not already imported a Watchlist, please go to the Watchlist, sign in, and you will then be prompted to begin the import. You may need to return to this step if you find that data is missing after your first attempt to import.

Step 1: Create a new Watchlist and delete any Watchlists from previous imports

Step 2: Re-import your existing Watchlist or Portfolio data from MSN.com or my.msn.com into a new Watchlist

Step 3: Clean any erroneous data imported into your new Watchlist(s).

If you need more details about the steps, please go to this article.

If you are still having difficulties or would like to report any errors, please reply to this thread.

Thank you!

Tried Morningstar---won't work for me.  I found that their "automatic dividend thing"will not let you put in the correct dividend---is usually wrong.   So I'm still looking for another site that will get my div's correct---and also give me a total return for the stock with & without dividends.

Isn't it a shame!   MSN had the best portfolio with lots of options.  Now they are dumping quality for what?

Do they just feel they have to make changes?  I agree that several "someones" should be fired.  And WHO hired people to update the money section that doesn't know anything about stocks?  Sounds petty, but ity has to be true.  I could set up a better site ----.

Have been trying since day one to migrate and always get the error message

I have seen references that you have sent people some procedures to try - I REALLY need them as I have MANY portfolios that would take weeks to rebuild

I asked MSN to confirm that the old portfolio manager will be going away on Oct 30th and received the usual no reply.  MSN has really kept customers in the dark about what is going on.  Where did you hear October 30th?  Just a rumor?    Thanks
