You may have recently imported data from the Classic MSN or my.msn.com pages to the new MSN.com Money Watchlist/Portfolio and may not have received all of your Watchlist/Portfolio data. The MSN team has resolved the issue and you can now regain access to that information by following the steps below.
Note: These steps only apply if your Watchlist has already been imported and there is data missing. If you have not already imported a Watchlist, please go to the Watchlist, sign in, and you will then be prompted to begin the import. You may need to return to this step if you find that data is missing after your first attempt to import.
Step 1: Create a new Watchlist and delete any Watchlists from previous imports
Step 2: Re-import your existing Watchlist or Portfolio data from MSN.com or my.msn.com into a new Watchlist
Step 3: Clean any erroneous data imported into your new Watchlist(s).
If you need more details about the steps, please go to this article.
If you are still having difficulties or would like to report any errors, please reply to this thread.
Thank you!

2014-10-06T02:26:11+00:00 I don't even want to try to use it and I will never use it in its current form. Even the old Portfolio Manager has many bugs and was never improved!
I have only one request. Leave the old Portfolio Manager alone!
The only improvement MSN could do to the Portfolio Manager is to have an option to export the portfolios to .xls or .pdf (or other formats) files. But that's too much to ask.

2014-10-06T02:36:39+00:00 I agree--PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD PORTFOLIO MANAGER. THIS IS WINDOWS VISTA ALL OVER AGAIN--CHANGE FOR THE SAKE OF CHANGE. THE OLD PORTFOLIO MANGER WAS A FAR SUPERIOR PRODUCT.

2014-10-06T12:42:40+00:00 Adriana,
Can you please confirm that access to the old Portfolio Manager will end on October 31, 2014? If so, is it possible to provide customers with a data file containing transactions from the old Portfolio Manager? An excel file would be great for me. However, I have Excel 2003, so maybe I and others will need the data in an older excel version?
An excel file would save me alot of work for tax reporting and if I ever get audited by the IRS.
I think just about everyone agrees the new Portfolio Manager is a major downgrade. It would be a nice gesture for MSN to assist those customers who feel that it is not suitable for them.
It would be even be helpful to keep the old PM open beyond October 31st.
Thanks
