Learn more about the new features in MyWatchlist by clicking here: My Watchlist: FAQ

You may have recently imported data from the Classic MSN or my.msn.com  pages to the new MSN.com Money Watchlist/Portfolio and may not have received all of your Watchlist/Portfolio data. The MSN team has resolved the issue and you can now regain access to that information by following the steps below.

Note: These steps only apply if your Watchlist has already been imported and there is data missing. If you have not already imported a Watchlist, please go to the Watchlist, sign in, and you will then be prompted to begin the import. You may need to return to this step if you find that data is missing after your first attempt to import.

Step 1: Create a new Watchlist and delete any Watchlists from previous imports

Step 2: Re-import your existing Watchlist or Portfolio data from MSN.com or my.msn.com into a new Watchlist

Step 3: Clean any erroneous data imported into your new Watchlist(s).

If you need more details about the steps, please go to this article.

If you are still having difficulties or would like to report any errors, please reply to this thread.

Thank you!

My stock quotes seem ok.  Try clicking the blue round refresh button located to the right of the default star button.  I dont know how FT refreshes stocks quotes.  You can click the refresh button, but do they also periodically refresh automatically like the old PM?

I reopened my FT portfolio just now, 9:38pm Central Time.

I clicked the blue refresh button.

Just below the Portfolio summary in Dashboard mode is this statement:

"Data delayed at least 20 minutes, as of 30 Dec 2014 05:00 GMT. Last refreshed less than a minute ago"

The share price is the Dec 30 price, different from the Dec 31 ending price.

    Unbelievable, data has now updated:

'Data delayed at least 20 minutes, as of 31 Dec 2014 05:00 GMT. Last refreshed less than a minute ago'

I had already used the 'refresh' button several time before you mentioned it.  I can't figure where the delay came in, but quotes are now correct.

    Thanks.

I'm still here and appreciate your effort.  Just started entering years of history into FT.  Really liking the app, but what a pain to start all over again.  Crazy that MS put us through this - I guess they weren't able to monetize their site.  I still get the error message with a big "Whoops!".

Yes it is a pain.  I have other things piling up that Im not doing.  Good luck with the dividends.

I have now transferred all my data from the old PM to FT.com.  That is the good news.  The bad news is that I can now see how badly my investments underperformed the S&P 500 in 2014.  Its good that FT.com provides a return for various time periods (not just a life to date return) ...... kind of,  sort of,  maybe.

    Have a good 2015
