You may have recently imported data from the Classic MSN or my.msn.com pages to the new MSN.com Money Watchlist/Portfolio and may not have received all of your Watchlist/Portfolio data. The MSN team has resolved the issue and you can now regain access to that information by following the steps below.
Note: These steps only apply if your Watchlist has already been imported and there is data missing. If you have not already imported a Watchlist, please go to the Watchlist, sign in, and you will then be prompted to begin the import. You may need to return to this step if you find that data is missing after your first attempt to import.
Step 1: Create a new Watchlist and delete any Watchlists from previous imports
Step 2: Re-import your existing Watchlist or Portfolio data from MSN.com or my.msn.com into a new Watchlist
Step 3: Clean any erroneous data imported into your new Watchlist(s).
If you need more details about the steps, please go to this article.
If you are still having difficulties or would like to report any errors, please reply to this thread.
Thank you!

2014-12-21T22:47:56+00:00 Cant you just change the watchlist names in the retry import screen? Once you can access the new watch list again you can then delete the old ones and rename the new ones to the old names.

2014-12-21T23:27:08+00:00 Hi Adriana,
I there anyway to export all of our transaction records into a .cvs file? I literally have hundreds of entries going back to 1999. This would take an enormous amount of time to copy by hand and it would be prone to errors. Can you help?

2014-12-21T23:31:36+00:00 they removed the database backup/file save capability some years back. However if you want to get your data out to at least have a copy use a product like SnagIt. If you set its capture type to 'advanced' 'custom scroll' you can then scroll the expanded transactions window at the bottom of PM for each stock/fund you have in each portfolio you are monitoring. That will give you a single list of transactions for each security. Hope this helps.
Happy Holidays!
