Learn more about the new features in MyWatchlist by clicking here: My Watchlist: FAQ

You may have recently imported data from the Classic MSN or my.msn.com  pages to the new MSN.com Money Watchlist/Portfolio and may not have received all of your Watchlist/Portfolio data. The MSN team has resolved the issue and you can now regain access to that information by following the steps below.

Note: These steps only apply if your Watchlist has already been imported and there is data missing. If you have not already imported a Watchlist, please go to the Watchlist, sign in, and you will then be prompted to begin the import. You may need to return to this step if you find that data is missing after your first attempt to import.

Step 1: Create a new Watchlist and delete any Watchlists from previous imports

Step 2: Re-import your existing Watchlist or Portfolio data from MSN.com or my.msn.com into a new Watchlist

Step 3: Clean any erroneous data imported into your new Watchlist(s).

If you need more details about the steps, please go to this article.

If you are still having difficulties or would like to report any errors, please reply to this thread.

Thank you!

At 10:30pm on Jan 6, the FT portfolio continues to have Jan 5 Mutual Fund data.

Do you see this line just below the portfolio summary in Dashboard mode?

'Data delayed at least 20 minutes, as of 05 Jan 2015 05:00 GMT. Last refreshed less than a minute ago'

I wonder why the 05:00 GMT time, London time?   It stays 05:00 all the time.

Yes it is weird.  I entered my mutual funds into FT.com on Friday and didnt notice there was a problem until last night.  I have noticed in the past that MSN Money was sometimes slow to update their mutual fund quotes.

If you have more than one portfolio, be aware that Morningstar only allows you to see one portfolio at a time and they do not provide a summary of your portfolios (like the FT.com Dashboard).

Also,  Morningstar limits free members to 150 holdings per portfolio (250 for paid members).

You might also take a look at the Google Finance Portfolio.  It also only allows you to view one portfolio at a time.  I think I might like Google Finance better than Morningstar.  Its more simple and doesnt have a 150 limit.

Yes, I am referring to Mutual Funds.

Time is now about 8:30pm on Jan 6.  Both FT Portfolio and MSN Watchlists still have Jan 5 price data.

FT says 'Data delayed at least 20 minutes, as of 05 Jan 2015 05:00 GMT. Last refreshed 2 minutes ago'

MSN does not tell you when data was updated.

    It is pretty weird.

Everyone agrees with you, and alot of people have already manually entered there transactions into a new portfolio manager.  I and others requested an excel file, but Microsoft never responded.

You mean Mutual Funds have been very slow to update in FT.com? Stocks and ETFs seem ok in FT.com.  I dont know about MSN, I no longer go there.  Mutual funds seem ok in Yahoo.

The last 2 days Mutual Funds didnt update in FT.com until around 10pm pacific time.  Today FT.com still shows yesterdays results in the todays value change column.  Yesterday FT.com showed zero value change in the todays value change column until it updated around 10pm.

Im unable to see my portfolios total value change for the day because the stock values start dropping off a little before the Mutual Funds finally update.

I hope FT.com is only experiencing temporary difficulties.  I will give it a few days before I contact FT.com to see what is going on.

I will stay with FT.com even if its a permanent problem.  It has alot of nice features and as previously stated Morningstar is not an option for me.  But I really hope this will be fixed!!!
