You may have recently imported data from the Classic MSN or my.msn.com pages to the new MSN.com Money Watchlist/Portfolio and may not have received all of your Watchlist/Portfolio data. The MSN team has resolved the issue and you can now regain access to that information by following the steps below.
Note: These steps only apply if your Watchlist has already been imported and there is data missing. If you have not already imported a Watchlist, please go to the Watchlist, sign in, and you will then be prompted to begin the import. You may need to return to this step if you find that data is missing after your first attempt to import.
Step 1: Create a new Watchlist and delete any Watchlists from previous imports
Step 2: Re-import your existing Watchlist or Portfolio data from MSN.com or my.msn.com into a new Watchlist
Step 3: Clean any erroneous data imported into your new Watchlist(s).
If you need more details about the steps, please go to this article.
If you are still having difficulties or would like to report any errors, please reply to this thread.
Thank you!

I do not know where the ‘new thread’ is located. This ‘Know More about your Watchlist’ is the thread with more than 5000 entries, followed by many users. At least 4 more threads are dealing with the same problem, without solution.
The MSN Portfolio has not been available since early morning hours of Friday Dec 12.
No one has been able to import/export since that time, including use of the ‘retry import’ function at http://www.msn.com/en-us/money/watchlist/migrationsupport.
In my case, I migrated on Dec 11. I cannot now access the MSN portfolio to learn whether my share balances are correct. On Dec 11, in MSN Portfolio, I changed all ‘capital gains’ transactions to ‘reinvest dividend’, and all exchange type transactions to ‘buy’, and ‘sell’, then migrated.
Yet, most of the separate portfolios still say ‘some transactions are invalid’. Two of my portfolios do not say ‘invalid’. What is the difference in these transactions? They all look ok., the same 3 transaction types.
This collection of portfolios seems to be useless, compared to the former MSN Portfolio which had all my holdings in one Portfolio.
I have so far found no way to ‘add a transaction’ in the new Watchlists. I have found no way to print an end of month report.
I am headed over to the Museum at Normandy, and tomorrow will be going to the Cemetery and battlefield beaches at Normandy.
This portfolio issue is interfering with my vacation.

I have escalated Portfolio Manager issue.
Thanks, Smitty -
Keep escalating. Big problem here! And not just about migrating. The whole Watchlist is poorly designed. Have someone with just a little knowledge of investing look at Portfolio Manger to see what's needed!
