You may have recently imported data from the Classic MSN or my.msn.com pages to the new MSN.com Money Watchlist/Portfolio and may not have received all of your Watchlist/Portfolio data. The MSN team has resolved the issue and you can now regain access to that information by following the steps below.
Note: These steps only apply if your Watchlist has already been imported and there is data missing. If you have not already imported a Watchlist, please go to the Watchlist, sign in, and you will then be prompted to begin the import. You may need to return to this step if you find that data is missing after your first attempt to import.
Step 1: Create a new Watchlist and delete any Watchlists from previous imports
Step 2: Re-import your existing Watchlist or Portfolio data from MSN.com or my.msn.com into a new Watchlist
Step 3: Clean any erroneous data imported into your new Watchlist(s).
If you need more details about the steps, please go to this article.
If you are still having difficulties or would like to report any errors, please reply to this thread.
Thank you!

Hi MJBSF,
I tried going to the site you suggested to Carol. But it takes me back to the stupid watchlist page. I just logged in today and I don't even get the prompt to import the watchlist. So frustrating! I have lost years of my data.

Those that can pull up the old PM are ahead of me. Have not had it for two weeks. I don't have a lot of entries but cannot do anything. Just "OUT OF LUCK"!!!!!!! Not happy but MSN will not listen nor do anything to help, so...........
Hey, Carol. Try logging in to MSN Money, and when logged in go to: http://moneycentral.msn.com/stock\_portfolio
Check your browser. I noted that I could not get man money using safari but could with Firefox. Very frustrating role out.
Thank you for trying to help! But I cannot get to MSN Money at all. I have MSN as my homepage and all. I have read all these discussions, and guess after Christmas, will go and see what I can buy to put my stocks on. There are several I see. Thank you again for your help.
Well it is good to know you can still try to select just one and not lose the others. I don't know what is causing the Whoops error, hopefully it is just temporary. The other error I got all the time before they bumped up the limit on the number of stocks to 250. But if you got that particular error on an account with less than 250 and renamed it to something unique than it is likely not generated due to any limits you are running into.
One thing you could try is, if possible, create a new account in the old portfolio manager and add 2-3 currently traded stocks that you are able to retrieve quotes from on the new MSN such as GOOG, FB, MSFT, etc. and then try to import it.
If it fails, it is likely that the errors you are getting have nothing to do with your accounts.
If it imports, it may indicate that one or more of your stocks in your other accounts are causing it to fail. If this is the case, you could try deleting all stocks in those other accounts that 1) Have 0 quantities, 2) Ones you are no longer able to pull up a quote for at the new MSN.
