You may have recently imported data from the Classic MSN or my.msn.com pages to the new MSN.com Money Watchlist/Portfolio and may not have received all of your Watchlist/Portfolio data. The MSN team has resolved the issue and you can now regain access to that information by following the steps below.
Note: These steps only apply if your Watchlist has already been imported and there is data missing. If you have not already imported a Watchlist, please go to the Watchlist, sign in, and you will then be prompted to begin the import. You may need to return to this step if you find that data is missing after your first attempt to import.
Step 1: Create a new Watchlist and delete any Watchlists from previous imports
Step 2: Re-import your existing Watchlist or Portfolio data from MSN.com or my.msn.com into a new Watchlist
Step 3: Clean any erroneous data imported into your new Watchlist(s).
If you need more details about the steps, please go to this article.
If you are still having difficulties or would like to report any errors, please reply to this thread.
Thank you!

2014-10-12T19:51:57+00:00 I called Microsoft Windows at 866-234-6020 explained the situation and after waiting several minutes was transfered to a tech specialist who knew what to do. I let him have remote control of my computer and after 30 minutes he figured it out saying that he did something on there end to make it happen.
I will say he did get the import to work, however I now had 4 portfolios and 4 watchlists and none of them had the correct info. I deleted those that were total out of wack and tried to fix the ones that had the most correct info. That was a losing effort and it was such a hassle that I took the time and entered all my info by hand into Morningstar Portfolio. You can import from some areas via Morningstar but I could never figure out which files they would except.
In other post some people have stated that you can go to www.moneycentral.msn.com/stock_portfolio and see you old portfolio manager but it did not work for me.
Good Luck and may the force be with you. Lawrence

2014-10-11T13:14:31+00:00 I finally got it. A little complicated but finally got it. Thanks for all your help. Jack
Hi Jack, Thanks for your reply and your welcome. Glad I could help.
To bad Microsoft won't take the time to undo or correct what they have done with there new wonderful my msn home page and portfolio manager. If you and I can work out something we've never done before, it would seem that the great minds and engineers over at the big house can do a lot better. I know they have lost my business.
Best-- Lawrence
