Learn more about the new features in MyWatchlist by clicking here: My Watchlist: FAQ

You may have recently imported data from the Classic MSN or my.msn.com  pages to the new MSN.com Money Watchlist/Portfolio and may not have received all of your Watchlist/Portfolio data. The MSN team has resolved the issue and you can now regain access to that information by following the steps below.

Note: These steps only apply if your Watchlist has already been imported and there is data missing. If you have not already imported a Watchlist, please go to the Watchlist, sign in, and you will then be prompted to begin the import. You may need to return to this step if you find that data is missing after your first attempt to import.

Step 1: Create a new Watchlist and delete any Watchlists from previous imports

Step 2: Re-import your existing Watchlist or Portfolio data from MSN.com or my.msn.com into a new Watchlist

Step 3: Clean any erroneous data imported into your new Watchlist(s).

If you need more details about the steps, please go to this article.

If you are still having difficulties or would like to report any errors, please reply to this thread.

Thank you!

FT.com seems to work well for me, especially since PM appears to be gone.  FT is more robust than PM.

I setup dividends to be entered "manually".  FT notifies me when dividends are paid (on ex-div date), and I can choose whether or not to reinvest dividends.

Glad you like FT.com.  It does have alot of nice features.  Merry Xmas.

I just broadcast a tweet (actually, a series of 3 tweets -- couldn't fit it all in 140 chars!) reporting on our woes.  I encourage all disgruntled users to broadcast this problem via social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram; whatever you use). Be sure to use the word "Microsoft" in your postings; I know that Microsoft trolls social media for mentions of its name -- maybe we can finally get some attention this way.

If you want to find my tweets, search for my screen name "ibiwisi"; please let us know if you've added to the social media cacophony!

    Hi Adriana,

I was able to migrate successfully from PM to watchlist a couple of weeks ago and watchlist was working ok. Since the old PM has been shut down my watchlist no longer works. I can see the default watchlist but the pull down arrow to select other watchlists does not work and the tabs for fundamentals, portfolio holdings, and transactions do not work either. I am frozen in the default watchlist summary and can't select anything else. I have tried refreshing the screen to no avail. How can I get watchlist working?

Yep, me too. Two days now can't do anything with the wonderful new Watchlist except look at the default page. Good work, Microsoft!
