Did you click the SAVE icon in upper right after you edited your transactions. If so and you are viewing the Watchlist containing the entries you edited, looks like it was called My Watchlist from your screenshot, I don't know what may be happening.

You may have recently imported data from the Classic MSN or my.msn.com pages to the new MSN.com Money Watchlist/Portfolio and may not have received all of your Watchlist/Portfolio data. The MSN team has resolved the issue and you can now regain access to that information by following the steps below.
Note: These steps only apply if your Watchlist has already been imported and there is data missing. If you have not already imported a Watchlist, please go to the Watchlist, sign in, and you will then be prompted to begin the import. You may need to return to this step if you find that data is missing after your first attempt to import.
Step 1: Create a new Watchlist and delete any Watchlists from previous imports
Step 2: Re-import your existing Watchlist or Portfolio data from MSN.com or my.msn.com into a new Watchlist
Step 3: Clean any erroneous data imported into your new Watchlist(s).

I did exactly what you said and it worked great.
But when i went back latter to look at the page all the entries dissapeared.
This new msn is very frustrating for those of us over 60

2014-10-02T19:36:06+00:00 You can edit the transaction details for existing entries such as in your screenshot on the Transactions page or click the ADD icon in upper right on any of the pages for new entries. After doing so, the columns you mention should display any relevant values.
