KB2919355 (Windows 8.1 Update) Fails (800f0092 and 80073712) on Windows 8.1 Pro w Media Center

Could someone please post Microsoft contact information, so we know who to call to get this worked on individually?

I got the same error, tried all the suggested methods (except the refresh), but apparently the root cause might be something different. The relevant CBS.log lines are as follows:

I tried executing the command in question manually, which produced crash log I've uploaded. Actually, there are almost ten separate instances of netcfg crashing.

After resizing System reserved partition was installation successful. I used freeware for this - MiniTool Partition Wizard Home Edition 8.1.1 

Thank you Karel, this was exactly my problem too. After resizing my System Reserved partition to 1024MB (I'm a bit OCD, I know :) ) I was able to do the update without a problem. One thing people should be aware of: after you initially resize and reboot, your system may seem a bit slower than before. But after I got the update applied, everything seems to be working normally.

It would be nice if ALL operating system makers gave useful error messages instead of making customers do their bug hunting for them, wouldn't it?
