black screen during calling with the lumia 930

I just received the lumia 930 a few days ago. Perfect device however every time I want to make a call the screen goes black. I had a lumia 920 without this problem. Is there a solution? (without blowing the dust, restoring to factory settings or bringing the device back to the store?). This is such a devastating problem as it is almost impossible to just answer the phone. A have no protective cover etc.

Final Update.

The shop replaced my Nokia 930 with a new one.

In the shop we found out that the screen in the sensor area was wobbly. LIkely that this was the defect that triggered the proximity sensor.

So, if you have issues with proximity sensor, there is one option only... go to service.

    I ve tried all the options, at the end did a factory reset. The phone worked fine and no black screen until I did the Store Updates and phone update. The problem started again. I think software update is required for this issue.. its not the proximity issue I can tell

If the suggestion of SebastienLumia did not make any difference, the last basic fix you can try is recovering your phone's software using the Windows Phone Recovery Tool. You can install it on your PC from here: How can I recover/reset/restore my phone software?. Read the content of the link before using the tool.

    So this is defenitly a hardware issue, received my lumia 930 yesterday and found it not reacting to double tap and going black on placing phone call.. reading through the comment here I decided to realy press hard with my fingers compressing the screen arrea arround the proximity sensor.. result.. double tapp working and no more black screen when placing call..

    So any reset is no solution.... Hardware replacement.. will be a kind of a gamble if I read through the comments.. The phone is perfect.. contemplainting to return it or keep it.. Still it is €400 peice of hardware
