black screen during calling with the lumia 930

I just received the lumia 930 a few days ago. Perfect device however every time I want to make a call the screen goes black. I had a lumia 920 without this problem. Is there a solution? (without blowing the dust, restoring to factory settings or bringing the device back to the store?). This is such a devastating problem as it is almost impossible to just answer the phone. A have no protective cover etc.

Final Update.

The shop replaced my Nokia 930 with a new one.

In the shop we found out that the screen in the sensor area was wobbly. LIkely that this was the defect that triggered the proximity sensor.

So, if you have issues with proximity sensor, there is one option only... go to service.

    I removed screen protector and instantly it worked with screen showing me who I am calling and no longer a black screen.

      As soon as I removed the recently bought screen protector sheet, the screen showed the picture of who I was calling and the screen was not black.

    That does not help, because you are going to tap on your screen while calling – for example with your ear, then. This hardware piece is essential for a touch based mobile phone. If it is broken, it has to be repaired by a mechanician not a software guy.
