    Well, this "mouse contols" were applied incorrectly, they're annoying and clumsy

    I don't care if "they were like that for 25 years" CLOSE and MINIZE were NOT designed for metro apps, they could be good if the bar only appear when the mouse get close to que top right, but NO

    And I hate it

    This is not a configurable option.  People who use a mouse got what they asked for after a lot (and lots and lots) of complaining.  So going forward, if you use a mouse, you will see it just like you've seen the title bars on Windows for the past 25 years.  The users have spoken, and they got what they wanted.

    Mouse = Mouse Controls.

    Touch = Touch Controls.

    This is an effort to try to please everyone, no matter what kind of input they choose to use.  Clearly we can never please everyone.  Even things that are optional cause complaints.

    I have a mouse and no touchscreen, but i don't want the top bar appearing at all. It's just an annoying useless bar. I'm used to close apps by dragging them down the screen, so i don't need the top bar.

    If you move your mouse a bit to high on the screen to reach a button or so, the bar is appearing. So i want to disable the top bar...

    You get to decide if it appears based on your input choices.  If you use a mouse, you will see it (just like you've seen the title bars on Windows for the past 25 years).

    But if you use your fingers, you won't see it.

    I also find the top bar annoying and would like to disable it. I never use it because I was used to drag the app to the bottom of the screen to close it. There must be a registry 'hack' to hide it. Anyone?
